Are you interested in working in the Turks & Caicos Islands, one of the world’s most renowned and unspoiled watersports destinations?

The windy season runs from November through the end of August, with an average of 15–20 knots of side-onshore wind. Our teaching area offers a vast expanse of shallow, warm water, providing exceptionally safe and fast progression for students of all levels. 

We accommodate students of all ages and nationalities and maintain a very high standard of service at all times. Our operation is fully supported with jet skis, radio headsets, compressor, and dedicated beach support.

H2O Kite & Wing Academy operates with a close-knit, professional team consisting of 3 instructors and 3 beach attendants. We value teamwork, reliability, and a positive attitude.

With decades of combined experience, our team delivers kiteboarding, wingfoiling, eFoil, Hobie Cat sailing, and downwinders in some of the most pristine waters in the Caribbean. Our reputation is second to none, and we are looking for instructors who take pride in delivering first-class, professional instruction.

As we are located within H2O Life Style Resort, a strong focus on customer service is essential. We cater to high-end clientele who expect high-end service, professionalism, and attention to detail.

We Are Looking for Instructors Who:

Hold IKO Level 1 or 2 certification (or any other certifications) with up-to-date First Aid

Have basic knowledge of kite repair and maintenance

Speak English (additional languages are a bonus)

Have 1–3 years of experience in varied conditions (preferred)

Are flexible and able to work long days when required

Are enthusiastic, motivated, and enjoy being part of a small, solid team

Possess good organizational and time-management skills

Are comfortable driving a jet ski / boat

What We Offer

Work permit for Turks & Caicos (organized by us)

Lesson commission, hourly pay on Beach hours and share of resort service charge

Assistance with finding accommodation and transport
