Paddle board instructor

We are looking for an experienced Paddle Board instructor that is able to work unsupervised with our customers. You will be dealing with a wide variety or people, some with zero Paddle board knowledge so good customer service, the ability to explaine and potentially a lot of patience will be required. Pay will be above NMW and work within our retail store may be possible out of season if needed. Please apply with your CV making sure all your relevant qualifications and experience are on it. All equipment will be provided, including Marine radio. Rescues boat qualification is desirable although this can be obtained whilst employed. Other training courses we feel would be advantageous may be fully or partially subsidised should you wish to take them.
