Job Description

We're hiring a Center Manager for the upcoming seasons.

Are you an ocean enthusiast, passionate about watersports, keen to meet people and capable of managing a team of likeminded Aquaholics?
Then you may be just the right fit to join us for an amazing job opportunity in the paradise island of Zanzibar.

Requirements:

Watersports Experience (preferably Kitesurfing), Passion for Watersports
Friendly and Outgoing
Organized & Responsible, Reliable
Leadership Qualities: Able to manage a team of instructors and assistants
Fast Learner & Adaptable
Able to Handle Stressful Situations
Independant Solution Oriented Thinking
Creative Mind
Experience with Excel, Google Sheets
Prior Experience: Management or Front Office, Guest/Service related Jobs

Key Tasks:

Running / Supervision of all Day to Day Center Operations (On site Bookings, Lesson Plans, Team Leading and the like)

Compensation:

Housing in a private room with en-suite bathroom (european standard)
Breakfast & Lunch
Work Permits
Salary is put together as a Basic + Sales Commission (2 weeks paid leave in November)
--> Minimum Salary is 1000$ with earning prospects up to 2000$+ per month.
