Watersports Camp Booking & Sales Manager – Immediate Start

Are you organized, proactive, and passionate about Booking and Sales? Want to spend your summer at one of Europe’s top watersports destinations & create amazing guest experiences? Come join our vibrant and international team at the Ocean Spirits Lodge, where the ocean meets adventure!

We are currently looking for a Booking & Sales Pro / Receptionist to join our team as soon as possible. This is your chance to live and work in a sunny paradise, surrounded by kitesurfers, surfers, yogis, and an inspiring community of ocean lovers.

 What You’ll Be Doing

• Managing bookings and guest inquiries with professionalism and speed
• Handling check-ins, check-outs, and creating a warm welcome for all guests
• Scheduling activities like Kitesurf, SUP, Surf, Yoga, Wakeboarding, and more
• Overseeing the day-to-day administration of our courses and customer logistics
• Supporting the management team with organization, communication, and problem-solving

We’re Looking For Someone Who:

• Has strong experience in sales, reception, or hospitality administration
• Is highly proficient with Google Sheets, email handling, and digital tools
• Speaks excellent English (other languages are a plus!)
• Is confident, organized, enthusiastic, and naturally communicative
• Loves the ocean or is curious about the world of watersports (bonus if you’ve done kitesurfing!)
