• Highly customer-oriented, reliable, solution-oriented and competent
• Kite istructor is a real job for you
• Valid VDWS; IKO or equal license (except interns)
• Teaching skills in  English (other languages ​​- especially, German, French and Spanish - are an advantage but not a must)
• If you can teach kitesurf theory lessons you can spice up your salary
