Surfpoint Anfo on Lake Idro (Lago d’Idro) in northern Italy near Lake Garda is offering great jobs for summer season 2026 from mid-May till mid-September. A working contract (m/f/d) is possible from about 1 month duration. 
SURF INSTRUCTOR 2026

• basic in windsurfing or wingfoiling
• run or assist beginner group courses and private lessons (instructor licence not required)
• organize SUP tours and small irregular events
• support on various tasks
• sporty, open-minded, nature-loving

INFO DESK 2026

• provide info, sell activities, rent out boats and equipment, check-in, check-out, assist in various tasks
• keep overview of guests and equipment
• in charge of daily finances and accounts
• responsible, talkative, working independently
• maintain social media (instagram)

CENTER MANAGER 2026

• organize and lead team up to 6 persons
• duty scheduling
• lessons in windsurfing or wingfoiling (instructor licence not required)
• support team where needed
• maintaining inventory, update, purchase
• stress resistant, decisive, creative

VOLUNTEER 2026

• no payment (but pocket money)
• free accommodation in team house (walking distance) in single rooms
• free lunch and usage of sports equipment
• ~25 hours in 5 days per week
• ≥ 02 weeks availability
• caretaking of kid (2021)
• groceries and prepare vegetarian meals for 5–8 persons
• easy physical work (cleaning, gardening, renovate house...)

• fluent in English (staff), advantageous are Italian, Dutch and German
• yoga, pilates or dancing and other teaching skills are welcome

• work on international guests (mainly Italy, DACH region, Benelux countries)
