FH ACADEMY IS HIRING KITESURF & WINDSURF INSTRUCTORS FOR THE 2025 SEASON

Are you a passionate Kitesurf or Windsurf Instructor looking for an exciting opportunity in one of Italy’s top watersports destinations? FH Academy, based in Porto Pollo, Sardinia, is looking for skilled and motivated instructors to join our team for the 2025 season.

What We Are Looking For

• Certified Kitesurf and/or Windsurf Instructors (IKO/VDWS/FIV or equivalent)
• Reliable, professional, and team-oriented individuals
• Strong communication skills and fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
• Availability for the full season (May - October 2025)
• Passion for teaching and sharing the love for watersports
