Flying Fish is a leading professional training provider for yachting and water-sports based on Sydney Harbour.
We provide professional courses for Yachtmasters, Superyacht crew and Watersports instructors as well as a range of recreational programmes and adventures including Sydney to Hobart, adventure sailing passages, corporate regattas, dinghy sailing, powerboating and windsurfing.

Flying Fish are expanding operations in Sydney and a number of exciting positions are now available for experienced, self-motivated instructors with exceptional communication skills, high standards of boat management and a taste for adventure down under.

The successful applicants must be RYA qualified and have at least two years professional teaching experience. You will join a team of dedicated professionals committed to providing the very best training in the maritime industry.

YACHTMASTER OCEAN INSTRUCTOR -
Includes teaching celestial navigation and running two adventure sailing passages/season to Lord Howe Island, outstanding sub-tropical UNESCO world heritage site 450 nm North East of Sydney.

YACHTMASTER INSTRUCTOR - FULL TIME POSITION
Includes running courses in Sydney Harbour, passage making along the NSW coast to stunning havens such as Pittwater Harbour, Jervis Bay and Port Stephens. A great foundation to becoming a YM Ocean.

YACHTMASTER INSTRUCTOR - 6 MONTH CONTRACT STARTING SEPTEMBER/ OCTOBER 2018
Includes training courses and corporate race events around Sydney Harbour interspersed with passage making along the NSW coast. A great way to build passage making experience.

YACHT CRUISING INSTRUCTOR - 6 MONTH CONTRACT STARTING SEPTEMBER/ OCTOBER 2018
Includes running exhilarating taster sessions, charters and corporate events around Sydney Harbour interspersed with passage making along the NSW coast as Mate.

SENIOR RYA DINGHY, WINDSURF AND POWERBOAT INSTRUCTORS – 6 MONTH CONTRACT STARTING SEPTEMBER/ OCTOBER 2018
Teaching instructor trainees and running recreational courses for the local market.
