Ditch the desk and let the ocean be your office this summer! We're on the hunt for a passionate, stoked Kiteboarding, Wing Foil & SUP Instructor to join our team in sunny St Kilda, Melbourne.

This is your chance to live the dream—spending your days on the water, sharing your passion, and getting people hooked on the sports we all love. If you’re ready to spend your summer in boardies and bikinis, teaching epic lessons, and being an integral part of Melbourne's premier water sports scene, this is the job for you.

We're looking for a full-time instructor to start from September '25. You must be available on Weekends, and your salary will be commensurate with your experience and industry standards.

What We're Looking For

Must Have Skills:

• Knowledge/Passion for Kiteboarding, Wingfoiling &/or Standup Paddle Boarding. (MUST HAVE)

• Welcoming, enthusiastic about the water sports industry & customer focused.

• Organised, can work autonomously and able to follow through with tasks.

• Strong level of computer skills.

• A can-do attitude.

Advantageous:

• Previous instructing experience with a Kite/Foil/SUP shop.

• Kite/SUP Instructor Qualifications (you can also become qualified through us).

• Repairs experience.
