Join the Meltemi Kiteclub team at Fanes Beach, one of Rhodes’ most popular kitesurfing destinations! We offer a professional, friendly, and international environment for certified instructors to teach kiteboarding and wingfoil to students of all levels. As part of our team, you will work on a wide sandy beach with shallow water and reliable Meltemi winds, providing the perfect conditions for teaching. Our club combines high-quality lessons with equipment rental, rescue support, and a relaxed beach atmosphere, creating a safe and enjoyable experience for our guests. We are looking for motivated, certified instructors who enjoy teaching in a dynamic, supportive team and sharing their passion for kitesurfing. Qualifications: Certified kiteboarding/wingfoil instructor (VDWS, IKO, or equivalent) Experience teaching beginners and advanced riders Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages a plus Team player with a positive, safety-conscious attitude
